Glendale is my home, and serving this community has always mattered to me. As a community leader, business professional, and City of Glendale Community Development Advisory Commissioner, I've worked alongside neighbors and local businesses and seen how thoughtful leadership can improve everyday life. I'm running for Glendale City Council to represent the Barrel District and govern for the people. I've been actively serving our community since 2017, when I began volunteering on the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC), helping make recommendations to the City Council on the allocation of funds for eligible nonprofit organizations — grants that support housing, historic preservation, and a wide spectrum of community needs. I've also been honored to serve on multiple Citizen Bond Election Committees: Vice Chair in 2019, Chair in 2021, and Vice Chair in 2025. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of Glendale's long-term needs and how they are funded through bonds and budgeting. Since 2017 I have been an active member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, working closely with local businesses large and small to support economic development, responsible growth, and a thriving business community. I'm a real estate professional with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty and a member of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni of Glendale. I'm ready to bring my experience and my commitment to listening, transparency, and practical solutions to the City Council to serve our neighborhoods well.
Lisa is committed to safer streets across the Barrel District and all of Glendale, supporting our police and first responders and partnering with residents — including her work with the Citizens Police Academy Alumni of Glendale — so every neighborhood feels secure.
Through her years on the Community Development Advisory Committee, Lisa has helped direct funding to housing, historic preservation, and neighborhood improvement. On the council she will keep investing in revitalized neighborhoods that protect Glendale's character.
Lisa believes in listening, responding, and governing for the people. She will push for a transparent city government where residents can see how decisions are made and how their money is spent, drawing on her experience chairing Citizen Bond Election Committees.
Glendale is growing fast. Lisa supports responsible growth that welcomes new business and development while protecting the quality of life that makes our community home, informed by eight years working with the local business community.
